Job summary

Capgemini Philippines is seeking an experienced SAP lead to collaborate with clients, design solutions, configure systems, and document outcomes.

The role requires 12+ years of project experience with SAP, deep knowledge of SAP S/4 MM and MRP, and ability to lead functional workstreams. This position offers exposure to pharma, retail, and FMCP domains with growth opportunities within Capgemini’s career programs.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of project experience with SAP end-to-end implementations.
• Deep functional knowledge of SAP S/4HANA MM and MRP.
• Experience with SAP Ariba Sourcing or Business Network is a plus.
• Experience with SAP SD is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and lead functional workstreams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Your Role

Your Profile

• 12+ years of project experience, including 4 full end‑to‑end implementation cycles
• Extensive experience working with SAP
• Strong ability to demonstrate deep functional knowledge of SAP S/4 MM and MRP
• Experience with SAP Ariba Sourcing and or Business Network a plus
• Experience with SAP SD a plus
• Proven ability to independently build and manage business stakeholder relationships
• Solid understanding of project methodologies and delivery phases
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Experience in functional lead and solution architect roles
• Experience in the Pharma, Retail, Wholesale and or FMCP
