Job summary

Capgemini Philippines Corp. is seeking an SAP Finance consultant to join an onshore team, partnering with client and offshore teams on SAP implementations.

You will design, configure and optimize SAP Finance solutions (S/4HANA) aligned with best practices for RISE and GROW, drive financial closing, reporting, and compliance, and manage client relationships through the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-4+ years of experience in SAP Finance.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA (Finance and/or Controlling) in at least one full life-cycle implementation.
• Experience with Selective Data Transition projects is a plus.
• Experience in Advanced Financial Closing, Group Reporting or Document and Reporting Compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be part of an onshore team, working with client teams and offshore teams on an SAP implementation.
• Accompany clients in key design decisions in Finance space, integrated with other functional and technical areas.
• Design, configure, and optimize SAP Finance solutions to meet evolving business needs based on SAP standards and industry best practices for RISE and GROW.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful SAP project delivery, discoveries, and support.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, managing relationships throughout implementation and technical build processes.
• Contribute from a thought leadership perspective to grow client value and internal SAP practice.

YOUR ROLE

• Be part of an onshore team, working with client teams and our offshore teams as part of an SAP implementation

• Accompany Capgemini’s clients in key design decisions in the Finance space, integrated with other functional and technical areas

• Design, configure, and optimize SAP Solutions from a finance perspective to meet evolving business needs, based on SAP standard and industry best practices for both RISE and GROW

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT professionals, and external vendors, to ensure successful SAP project delivery, discoveries, and support

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, managing relationships throughout implementation and technical build processes

• Contribute from a thought leadership perspective to help grow our clients but also our internal practice from a finance perspective, SAP perspective (including the future roadmap) and the industry practices you’ve come across.

YOUR PROFILE

• Minimum of 2-4+ years of experience in SAP Finance

• A level of expertise in SAP S/4HANA (Finance and/ or Controlling) with 1 or 2 full life-cycle SAP implementation

• Additional experience in Selective Data Transition projects is a plus

• Experience in Advanced Financial Closing, Group Reporting or Document and Reporting Compliance is a plus

• Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
