Job summary

Capgemini in Manila seeks an SAP Finance professional to partner with clients on SAP implementations and finance-focused design decisions. You will work with onshore and offshore teams to deliver SAP solutions aligned to business needs.

The role requires 2–4+ years in SAP Finance, with S/4HANA Finance/Controlling exposure and at least one full SAP lifecycle project. You will influence project direction and contribute to Capgemini's finance practice and future SAP roadmap.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-4+ years of experience in SAP Finance.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA (Finance/Controlling) and at least 1–2 full life-cycle implementations.
• Experience in related finance areas and strong collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Be part of an onshore team, working with client teams and our offshore teams as part of an SAP implementation.
• Accompany Capgemini’s clients in key design decisions in the Finance space.
• Design, configure, and optimize SAP Solutions from a finance perspective to meet evolving business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful SAP project delivery and support.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, managing relationships through implementation.
• Contribute thought leadership to grow clients and Capgemini’s finance and SAP practices.
