Capgemini Philippines Corp. in Metro Manila is seeking a senior SAP IBP specialist to work with clients, understand requirements, and deliver end-to-end forecasting and planning solutions.

You will lead configuration, run workshops, document specifications, and ensure thorough testing of integrated processes. The role requires deep SAP IBP experience, 10+ years in related fields, and strong collaboration across cross-functional teams in manufacturing, consumer products, and life sciences.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional industry experience.
• 3 full-cycle SAP IBP implementations.
• Exposure to SAP MM, SD, and APO modules is preferred.
• Extensive experience in Demand and Supply Planning.
• Proven S&OP expertise.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Your Role:

• Creating / validating process maps

• Running fit to standard workshops

• Configuration, functional specification and test case documentation

• Performing system configuration and Unit Tests

• Execution of test cases

• Providing status and planning input to program leadership

Your Profile:

Functional resource with experience in Forecast and Planning using SAP IBP

• 10+ years of professional industry experience

• Strong hands‑on experience with SAP IBP, including at least 3 full‑cycle implementations

• Solid exposure to SAP modules including MM, SD, and APO (highly regarded)

• Extensive experience in Demand and Supply Planning

• Proven S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) expertise

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams

• Industry experience across Manufacturing, Consumer Products, and/or Life Sciences
