Capgemini Philippines is seeking an experienced SAP Senior Security Consultant to join our team and help design and implement cutting-edge SAP security solutions. You will lead security workstreams, drive RBAC, SoD, and identity governance across SAP GRC, IDM, IAS/IPS, IAG, and Fiori for S/4HANA landscapes.

The role requires deep expertise in SAP security architecture, successful ECC to S/4HANA migrations, cloud transformations, and SAP RISE programs, with a proven track record leading

Capgemini is seeking an experienced SAP Senior Security Consultant to join our team This is a unique opportunity to be part of a strategic initiative and contribute to designing and implementing cutting-edge SAP security solutions.

Your Role:

• SAP GRC, IDM, IPS/IAS, IAG, and Fiori Security: Leverage your expertise in these areas to deliver high-quality security solutions tailored to client needs.
• Design SAP Security Solutions: Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive SAP security solutions, ensuring the protection and compliance of sensitive data.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all security solutions comply with audit and governance risk management policies. Address vulnerabilities and ensure robust security practices are in place.
• Leadership and Team Management: Demonstrate strong leadership qualities by leading teams of SAP security professionals. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members.
• Workshop Facilitation: Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, present solutions, and engage stakeholders in the security design process.

Your Profile:

Experience:

• Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in SAP Security, with strong expertise in SAP GRC Access Control, SAP IDM, SAP Cloud Identity Services (IAS/IPS), SAP IAG, SAP Fiori Security, and S/4HANA Security.
• Proven experience leading SAP Security workstreams for SAP implementations, upgrades, and transformation programs, including ECC to S/4HANA migrations.
• Strong understanding of SAP security architecture, role-based access control (RBAC), Segregation of Duties (SoD), identity lifecycle management, and access governance frameworks.
• Proven experience delivering SAP Security workstreams for ECC to S/4HANA migrations, greenfield and brownfield implementations, cloud transformations, and SAP RISE programs.

Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Ability to manage project scope, delivery timelines, risks, and quality outcomes within complex client environments.

Communication Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Strong facilitation and influencing skills, capable of driving consensus across diverse stakeholder groups.

Ability to translate technical security requirements into practical business outcomes.

Problem-Solving:

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating security risks.

Experience leveraging automation, AI, and modern SAP cloud security capabilities to improve operational efficiency and compliance outcomes.
