Job summary

Tasq Work is seeking a SAP Finance Manager to lead SAP finance implementations and enable clients to optimize financial processes within our Digital Core Modernization practice. You will guide teams, mentor juniors, and manage client accounts to ensure project success.

Based in the Philippines with hybrid work (2-3 days onsite in BGC/Taguig), you will coordinate with leadership to deliver high-quality SAP FI/FICO solutions and provide training and support for client adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 7–11 years of experience in SAP finance projects.
• Strong English communication skills.

Job overview

As a SAP Finance Manager, you will specialize in providing consulting services for SAP finance applications, analyzing client requirements, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP finance applications. Within our Digital Core Modernization practice, you will enable clients to optimize financial processes, improve financial reporting, and achieve their strategic objectives. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 7 to 11 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Commerce, Computer and InformationScience, Finance, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
• At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to finance, accounting, and financial controls within SAP S/4HANA environments
• Demonstrating proficiency in SAP FI and SAP FICO modules
• Utilizing financial forecasting and financial modeling skills
• Managing financial reporting and analytics within SAP environments
• Excelling in business process improvement and financial transformation

• Work Setup: Hybrid (2-3x a week) or 10-11 days in 1 month

• Work Schedule: Between 2PM - 4PM to 11PM - 1AM (Flexible)
