Tasq Work is seeking a SAP ABAP Manager to lead the SAP Core ERP practice. You will guide project delivery, architect ABAP solutions, and mentor teams across ABAP, Fiori, and HANA deployments. This role emphasizes client collaboration, budget governance, and ensuring high-quality SAP implementations.

The position requires 7–11 years in SAP ABAP with strong English communication. Work setup is hybrid in BGC, Taguig, with flexible hours to support global client engagements.

Qualifications

Job Overview

As a SAP ABAP Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our Business Application Consulting team, specializing in SAP Technology. You will be responsible for analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support to optimize operational efficiency and help clients achieve their strategic objectives. Within our Finance Technology - SAP Core ERP practice, you will utilize your skills to manage SAP software and solutions, focusing on installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of SAP products and technologies.

As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You are accountable for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values meaningfully. Responsibilities

• Addressing and resolving conflicts or issues with clients and team members, escalating when necessary
• Promoting the use of innovative SAP technologies such as SAP Fiori, SAP HANA, and SAP NetWeaver

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 7 to 11 years of experience- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials
