Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced SAP FI/CO Consultant in the Philippines to analyze FI/CO incidents, define blueprints for enhancements, and perform configuration and testing. The role involves leading a team, mentoring members, and developing end-user documentation.

Ideal candidates will have 9+ years in SAP FI-CO, strong SD/MM integration skills, and familiarity with S/4 HANA 1909 or higher. Treasury experience is a plus.

Your Role

• Analyses Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) incidents raised by customer and provides solution
• Conduct/Defines the business blueprint for enhancement project / CR
• Performs Configuration, Functional Specification, Functional Acceptance/Integration/Regression testing on change requests/enhancements
• Develops documentation for configuration, enhancements, end user manuals etc
• Training User
• Customizes the technical requirement
• Data migration on FICO related
• Able to lead a team, delegate tasks, coach/mentor and provide performance feedback of team members
• Comply with all CG company policies and procedure such as, on-time completion of ESS, Clarity, LMS, trainings and the like

Your Profile

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree
• At least 9 years of working experience in SAP FI-CO or related field is required for this position
• Minimum 8+ years working experience in Support / SAP implementation project with at least 3-4 full implementation cycles
• Proven experience in supporting, maintaining, and optimizing SAP applications (AMS)
• Strong proficiency in SAP FICO configuration and integration with SD/MM modules

• Skilled in LSMW/Authorization/Query/Data migration

• Ability to analyze business requirements and propose effective SAP-based solutions
• Experience across key project phases: requirements gathering, prototyping, blueprinting, integration testing, UAT, data migration, go-live support, and hypercare
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities
• Strong analytical thinking and a collaborative, problem-solving mindset
• Experience in S/4 HANA 1909 or higher version with brown field or green field implementation is a plus
• SAP Certification and/or Treasury experience are advantageous
