Job summary

OpenText is seeking an experienced People Leader to head the SAP VIM practice. You will guide a team of functional and technical consultants, drive delivery excellence, and shape the growth of the practice across the organization.

You will coach and develop staff, optimize resource use, and partner with senior leaders to deliver high-quality SAP VIM and OpenText solutions for clients. This role emphasizes leadership, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of people management or team leadership experience.
• 7+ years of SAP delivery experience, including 5+ years in SAP VIM by OpenText.
• Strong expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P), SAP MM-LIV, and FI-AP processes.
• Experience with OpenText solutions such as OCC, ICC, or IES.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and inspire high-performing teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills with experience handling complex delivery issues.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, or cloud-based OpenText solutions is a plus.
• Open to working any shifts, predominantly US business hours, on a 5-day onsite work model.
