Job summary

Quess Philippines Corp. is seeking an experienced SAP Controlling (CO) Consultant with 6+ years of hands-on experience in delivering end-to-end SAP FICO/CO solutions.

The role focuses on functional design, configuration, and optimization of SAP CO modules to support finance operations and reporting. You will lead CO design, work with stakeholders to translate requirements, and ensure integration with FI/MM/SD across projects.

Qualifications

• 5-6+ years of SAP FICO with a strong CO focus.
• Hands-on design, configuration, and optimization of SAP CO modules.
• Experience in end-to-end implementations or support projects.
• Strong knowledge of CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, Product Costing.
• Experience integrating with FI, MM, and SD modules.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP CO functional design, configuration, and implementation across projects.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into SAP CO solutions.
• Configure core CO modules including CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, and Product Costing.
• Collaborate with FI, MM, and SD for seamless integration and data flow.

• Prepare and maintain functional documentation and configuration guides.
• Contribute to solution design and architecture discussions.
• Mentor junior consultants and support knowledge sharing within the team.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP Controlling (CO) Consultant with 6+ years of hands‑on experience in delivering end‑to‑end SAP FICO/CO solutions. This role focuses on functional design, configuration, and optimization of SAP CO modules to support business finance operations and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP CO functional design, configuration, and implementation across projects

• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP CO solutions

• Configure core CO modules including Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders, and Product Costing

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (FI, MM, SD) to ensure seamless integration and data flow

• Support testing activities (SIT/UAT), debugging, and issue resolution

• Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and project standards

• Prepare and maintain functional documentation and configuration guides

• Contribute to solution design and architecture discussions

• Mentor junior consultants and support knowledge sharing within the team

About you

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience

• 5-6+ years of experience in SAP FICO, with a strong focus on CO

• Proven experience in end‑to‑end implementations or support projects

• Strong knowledge of Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders, and Product Costing / COPA (preferred)

• Experience in integration with FI, MM, and SD modules

• Hands‑on experience in testing, support, and troubleshooting
