Qualifications

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP CO Consultant to support a major ERP migration and implementation initiative involving the transition to SAP S/4HANA.

The successful candidate will focus on Controlling-related processes, particularly Product Costing, Management Accounting, and Finance Master Data, while supporting testing, migration, deployment, training, and post-go-live activities. These focus areas are specifically identified in the project requirement.

Key Responsibilities

• Support SAP CO activities throughout the ERP migration and implementation project.

• Analyze and validate business requirements related to Controlling and Management Accounting.

• Provide functional expertise in Product Costing and related CO processes.

• Support activities involving Finance Master Data and ensure alignment with business requirements.

• Participate in solution validation and proof-of-concept activities.

• Prepare and execute UAT and functional testing for CO-related processes.

• Perform data validation and support migration activities for Controlling and Finance master data.

• Investigate and resolve functional issues identified during testing and migration.

• Work closely with Finance and business stakeholders to validate solutions and resolve issues.

• Support SAP security and role validation activities relevant to the CO function.

• Prepare training materials and conduct end-user training for relevant Finance and Controlling processes.

• Support deployment and provide functional assistance during go-live.

• Provide hypercare support and resolve CO-related issues following deployment.

• Maintain project documentation and provide updates on assigned activities and deliverables.

• Collaborate with project managers, business users, and other functional teams to ensure successful delivery of the CO workstream.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Relevant experience as an SAP CO Consultant.

• Strong functional knowledge of SAP Controlling.

• Experience in Product Costing and Management Accounting.

• Experience working with Finance Master Data.

• Experience in SAP implementation, migration, or transformation projects.

• Hands-on experience in requirements analysis, UAT, functional testing, and data validation.

• Experience supporting deployment, go-live, and hypercare activities.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work effectively with Finance users and cross-functional project teams.

• Willingness to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City 2–3 times per week.
