Job summary

HRTx Inc in Pasig, Philippines, is seeking an experienced SAP FICO consultant to lead blueprinting, configuration, testing, and post-go-live support for complex SAP deployments.

You will gather business requirements, facilitate workshops, secure stakeholder approvals, configure FICO modules, and coordinate with AMS providers to ensure timely deliverables. This role requires strong finance domain knowledge, hands-on testing, user training, and documentation of processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 6–10 years of SAP FICO implementation and configuration experience (ECC or S/4HANA)
• Or completion of at least 3 end-to-end SAP FICO implementation projects
• Strong knowledge of finance and accounting processes and business operations
• Hands-on experience in fit-gap analysis, configuration, testing, and user training
• Familiarity with SAP lifecycle methodologies and documentation standards
• Experience in system enhancements, upgrades, and issue resolution
• Knowledge of SAP FICO integration with other SAP and non-SAP systems
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Facilitate UAT, including environment preparation and user access readiness

• Provide post-go-live support, including hypercare and issue resolution
• Address day-to-day queries from users and stakeholders
• Collaborate with and manage third-party AMS providers to ensure timely deliverables
• Maintain documentation including test scripts, user guides, and process flows
