Tap Growth ai is seeking an experienced SAP CO IT Consultant in the Philippines to lead Accounting & Controlling technology initiatives within a global environment. You will manage SAP CO projects, ensure timely delivery, and coordinate stakeholders for business-critical solutions.

The ideal candidate combines strong SAP Controlling expertise with project management and finance process understanding, working in a hybrid setup at BGC, Taguig City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/BI or related field.
• 8+ years of IT experience.
• 4+ years hands-on SAP CO (Controlling) experience.
• Strong expertise in SAP Accounting & Controlling.
• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Finance, controlling, and process integration knowledge.
• Experience with international teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver IT projects focused on Accounting & Controlling systems, especially SAP.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and external partners.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, purchasing, and financial tracking.
• Provide SAP Accounting & Controlling process expertise.
• Manage system enhancements and changes.
• Ensure stable system operations aligned with requirements.

• Maintain documentation for stability and compliance.

QualificationsRequired Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a related field

• Minimum8 years of overall IT experience

• At least4 years of hands-on SAP CO (Controlling) experience

• Strong expertise inSAP Accounting & Controlling

• Experience working withSAP Analytics Cloud

• Strong understanding of finance, controlling, and business process integration

• Experience working with international and cross-cultural teams

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
