Job summary

Westernacher Consulting seeks a Change Management professional to lead organizational change efforts for SAP project implementations in Mexico. You will design and execute OCM strategies, coordinate with project teams, and drive readiness and user adoption across the lifecycle.

The role requires 5–8+ years in OCM, expertise in SAP transformations, and strong communication and facilitation skills. Travel up to 40–50% and a start in September 2026 are expected; the contract may extend with project

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in Organizational Change Management or business transformation.
• Experience supporting enterprise-wide change initiatives and technology implementations.
• Knowledge of OCM methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, or similar.
• Experience with stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and communication/training enablement.
• Passport and U.S. business visa for travel.
• Willingness to travel up to 40–50%.

• Partner with project teams and leadership to drive organizational readiness and user adoption.
• Conduct stakeholder analyses, change impact assessments, and readiness evaluations.
