Job summary

Tasq Staffing Solutions, Inc. is seeking a SAP BW/HANA Senior Associate to provide data and analytics consulting using SAP technologies in a Digital Core Modernization context.

You will analyze requirements, design data solutions, and enable effective SAP analytics via SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP BusinessObjects BI. You will build data models, perform complex analyses, create informative visualizations, and train clients on SAP tools.

Qualifications

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• 4 to 8 years of experience in SAP data and analytics.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

Job overview

As a SAP BW/HANA Senior Associate, you will specialize in providing consulting services for data and analytics solutions using SAP technologies. You will analyze client requirements, design and implement data management and analytics solutions, and provide training and support for effective utilization of SAP data and analytics tools. Within our Digital Core Modernization practice, you will work closely with clients to understand their data needs, develop data models, perform data analysis, and create visualizations and reports to support data-driven decision-making, helping them optimize their data management processes, enhance data quality, and derive valuable insights from their data to achieve their strategic objectives.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree


• At least 4 to 8 years of experience


• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Data and Analytics solutions, including SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP Business Warehouse (BW/4HANA), SAP Data Intelligence, or related data platform credentials


• Demonstrating proficiency in SAP BW on HANA Data Modeling and Development


• Utilizing SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence (BI) for advanced reporting


• Excelling in complex data analysis and data-driven consulting


• Leveraging data visualization tools to enhance client presentations


• Developing data quality improvement plans (DQIP) for client projects

Additional Details

• Work Setup: Hybrid (2-3x a week) or 10-11 days in 1 month


• Work Location: BGC, Taguig


• Work Schedule: Between 2PM - 4PM to 11PM - 1AM (Flexible)
