Job summary

OMRON Group, the shared services arm, seeks a motivated SAP Ariba support professional to collaborate with international stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. You will handle Tier 1 SAP Ariba tickets, maintain master data, and support payment-related transactions.

The role involves developing SOPs and training materials, creating knowledge articles, and coordinating across teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of relevant work experience in SAP Ariba, procurement, finance operations, shared services, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a Financial Shared Services environment.
• Experience supporting SAP Ariba is strongly preferred.
• Good understanding of master data, transaction processing, and payment processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ServiceNow, SOP development, training materials, or knowledge management is an advantage.
• Willing to work onsite in Makati for 1–2 weeks, as required.
• Willing to work on IST or other schedules aligned with business requirements, as required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Tier 1 point of contact for SAP Ariba-related concerns and tickets, including initial assessment, troubleshooting, resolution, and escalation to Tier 2 when required.
• Manage Ariba Master Data, ensuring information is accurate, complete, and properly maintained.
• Support transaction management and payment-related requests within the Ariba system.
• Monitor SAP Ariba operational alert logs and coordinate appropriate actions for identified issues.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training manuals related to master data creation and maintenance.
• Create and maintain ServiceNow knowledge articles covering frequently asked questions, common issues, and standard resolutions.
• Coordinate with relevant internal teams and stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of Ariba-related concerns.
• Identify recurring issues and opportunities to improve support processes and user experience.
