Job summary

Ampstek is seeking an SAP Ariba P2P Functional Consultant with S/4HANA integration experience in the Philippines. The role provides L2 functional support, focusing on Ariba Buying & Invoicing, Guided Buying, and end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes.

You will resolve complex transactional issues and collaborate with stakeholders to maintain smooth operations. The position requires 5–8 years of SAP Ariba procurement experience, strong incident management, and the ability to drive process

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 functional support for SAP Ariba & Guided Buying
• Handle Requestion, PO, Goods Receipt, Invoicing and approvals
• Troubleshoot approval-flow and perform administrative regularization
• Address reopening, amendment, status, and transmission issues
• Analyze Ariba-to-S/4HANA integration failures (requisitions, POs, receipts, invoices, budget checks, payments)
• Perform data extraction and operational reporting from SAP Ariba
• Identify recurring incidents and recommend automation or permanent fixes

Job description

We are looking for SAP Ariba Buying & Invoicing Functional Consultant to provide L2

application support with strong experience in Guided Buying, PR/PO processing,

approval workflows, Goods Receipt, supplier invoicing, Ariba Network and SAP

S/4HANA integration.

The candidate should have hands‑on experience resolving PRs stuck in Approved or

Composing status, ERP push and budget-\check errors, PO creation failures, approval

regularization, approver/delegation changes, GR reversals, supplier invoice issues,

master-data updates and user-access problems. Experience in SAP Ariba Customer

Administration, P2P production support, incident management and integration

troubleshooting is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2 functional support:
• SAP Ariba & Guided Buying
• Requestion, PO, Goods Receipt, Invoicing process and approvals
• Perform approval-flow troubleshooting and administrative regularization.
• reopening, amendment, status, and transmission issues.
• Analyze Ariba-to-SAP S/4HANA integration failures involving requisitions, POs,
• receipts, invoices, budget checks, and payment processing.
• Perform data extraction and operational reporting from SAP Ariba.
• Identify recurring incidents and recommend automation or permanent corrective
• actions rather than repeatedly applying manual workarounds.
