Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in SAP Ariba Sourcing and Contract Management modules to lead and deliver strategic procurement and digital transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder engagement, business analysis, solution implementation, and change management activities while ensuring alignment with business objectives and governance requirements.

This role requires a combination of project management excellence, procurement domain knowledge, and hands-on SAP Ariba implementation experience.

Project Delivery & Governance

Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of SAP Ariba projects.
Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk management strategies.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations.
Manage project governance, reporting, steering committee updates, and stakeholder communications.
Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and mitigation plans.

SAP Ariba Solution Implementation

Lead implementation and enhancement initiatives for SAP Ariba Sourcing and Contract Management modules.
Facilitate workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
Work closely with business users, procurement teams, vendors, and technical teams to define solution designs.
Support configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization activities.

Stakeholder Management

Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, procurement leaders, and IT teams.
Manage expectations and drive consensus across multiple stakeholder groups.
Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and executive presentations.
Provide regular project status updates to senior management.
Manage implementation partners, consultants, and vendors.
Review project deliverables and ensure compliance with agreed standards.
Coordinate internal and external resources to achieve project objectives.

Required Qualifications:

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related discipline.

Experience

Minimum 5-8 years of project management experience leading enterprise application implementation projects.
Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on SAP Ariba experience, specifically:
- SAP Ariba Sourcing
- SAP Ariba Contract Management / Contracts Workspace
Proven experience managing full project lifecycle implementations.
Experience working with procurement, sourcing, and contract management processes.Experience managing multiple stakeholders across business and technology teams.

Project Management Skills

Strong project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management skills.
Experience using Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall project methodologies.
Strong governance and project reporting capabilities.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

SAP Ariba Skills

SAP Ariba Sourcing Event Management.
Contract Authoring and Contract Lifecycle Management.
Testing, UAT, and deployment management.
Understanding of SAP Ariba integration with SAP ERP/S4HANA is highly desirable.

Preferred technical and professional experience

SAP Solution Delivery: Exposure to SAP solution delivery, including quality assurance and testing processes to ensure successful delivery of SAP solutions.
Vendor Relationship Management: Experience working with vendor relationships and contracts in the context of SAP ADM projects, including contract negotiation and management.
IT Service Management: Familiarity with IT service management frameworks and methodologies, including experience with service delivery and support processes.
PMP, PRINCE2, Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.
Experience with:
- SAP S/4HANA
- SAP MM
- SAP Business Network
- Procurement transformation programs
Experience within healthcare, public sector, or large enterprise environments is advantageous.
