Job summary

Atticus Advisory Solutions Inc. is seeking an SAP ABAP Support Consultant to maintain and optimise our SAP landscape, diagnose complex issues, and implement minor enhancements across modules. You will collaborate with functional leads, basis teams, and business users to deliver reliable IT solutions.

The role requires 3+ years of hands-on ABAP development and AMS support, expertise in OO ABAP, IDocs, BAPIs, and performance tuning, plus ITIL-aligned service management experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on SAP ABAP development and AMS support.
• Strong OO ABAP, user exits, BAdIs and enhancements knowledge.
• Experience with SAP diagnostic tools and ABAP performance tuning.
• Experience with SmartForms, SAPscript, Adobe Forms and ALV reporting.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, debug, and resolve Level 2/3 SAP incidents within SLAs.
• Maintain and enhance RICEFW objects and deliver changes.
• Tune ABAP code and SQL queries for performance.
• Troubleshoot IDocs, RFCs, BAPIs, and OData interfaces.
• Perform unit and regression testing for fixes and upgrades.
• Document RCA and create SOPs for recurring issues.
