PwC Acceleration Center Manila is seeking a SAP ABAP Senior Associate to design, develop, and maintain SAP ABAP solutions for client ERP needs. You will analyze complex problems, lead workstreams, and mentor junior team members while expanding your technical skills within our Advisory practice.

In this role, you will apply SAP technology across installation, configuration, development, and support activities, contributing to client engagements focused on operational efficiency and software

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4 to 8 years of SAP ABAP/ERP experience.
• Proficiency in English (oral and written).

Responsabilidades

• Develop SAP ABAP code to support finance ERP enhancements, integrations, and defect resolution.
• Analyze functional requirements and translate them into technical designs for SAP solutions.
• Maintain and troubleshoot custom programs, interfaces, reports, and forms across SAP landscapes.
• Collaborate on S/4HANA finance initiatives and support deployment activities for client environments.
• Review code for performance, readability, and alignment with technical design standards.
• Support SAP Fiori, SAP HANA, SAP NetWeaver, and SAP Analytics Cloud development tasks.
• Interpret data to identify root causes and recommend remediation steps.
• Mentor junior team members on ABAP development tasks and deliverables.

As a SAP ABAP Senior Associate you will support client needs by designing, developing, and maintaining SAP ABAP solutions that help improve business application performance and usability. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex problems, manage assigned workstreams, build meaningful client connections, and guide junior team members while developing your technical skills and personal brand within our Advisory practice. In this role at PwC, you will apply SAP technology knowledge across installation, configuration, administration, development, and support activities, while contributing to client service engagements focused on operational efficiency and software integration.

Responsibilities

• Developing SAP ABAP code to support finance ERP enhancements, integrations, and defect resolution
• Analyzing functional requirements and translating them into technical designs for SAP solutions
• Maintaining and troubleshooting custom programs, interfaces, reports, and forms across SAP landscapes
• Collaborating on S/4HANA finance initiatives and supporting deployment activities for client environments
• Reviewing code for performance, readability, and alignment with technical design standards
• Supporting SAP Fiori, SAP HANA, SAP NetWeaver, and SAP Analytics Cloud related development tasks
• Interpreting data and system behavior to identify root causes and recommend remediation steps
• Guiding junior team members on ABAP development tasks and providing feedback on deliverables

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 to 8 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials
• Demonstrating ABAP development experience within SAP Core ERP environments
• Applying SAP Fiori, SAP HANA, or SAP NetWeaver in delivery workstreams
• Translating business transformation needs into SAP technical solutions
• Interpreting client feedback and turning it into technical refinements
• Mentoring junior team members while managing assigned deliverables
