The role requires strong leadership, advanced ABAP skills, and experience guiding SAP projects, with a focus on Fiori, HANA, and NetWeaver ecosystems. Excellent English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 7–11 years of relevant SAP experience.
• Proven leadership of SAP implementation, development, or support projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in SAP environments.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and support of SAP solutions for diverse clients.
• Translate business requirements into effective SAP ABAP solutions.
• Oversee SAP installation, configuration, development, and support.
• Provide technical leadership through planning, development, testing, deployment and delivery.
• Coach, mentor, and manage SAP teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with SAP standards.
