Job summary

RecruitNest Consulting is seeking an SAP ABAP Senior Manager to lead technology initiatives across ABAP, Fiori, SAP HANA and NetWeaver. You will drive strategic direction, guide cross‑functional teams, and ensure successful transformation projects for clients.

The role requires 10+ years of SAP experience, strong leadership, and excellent English communication. Hybrid work setup in BGC with 2–4 onsite days per week is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years SAP experience with strong hands‑on ABAP expertise.
• Advanced knowledge of ABAP and SAP Fiori.
• Strong experience with SAP HANA and SAP NetWeaver.
• Experience leading complex SAP implementations and technology projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP technology initiatives, including installation, configuration, development, and support of SAP products and solutions.
• Lead the design, development, and enhancement of SAP ABAP solutions to optimize processes.
• Provide strategic direction for SAP implementation, transformation, and technology initiatives.
• Guide teams in strategic technology planning, solution delivery, and execution aligned with client objectives.
• Leverage SAP Fiori, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP HANA, and SAP NetWeaver to deliver innovative solutions.
• Lead complex SAP implementations and business transformation projects from planning through delivery.
