Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center Manila is seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Manager to lead development workstreams for finance ERP transformations and guide delivery across multiple client engagements. You will design ABAP programs, reviews, and interfaces while coaching junior staff and ensuring alignment with architecture.

The role requires extensive SAP ABAP experience, leadership skills, and strong English communication; certifications in SAP technologies are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 7–11 years of experience required.
• Oral and written proficiency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP ABAP development workstreams for finance ERP transformations.
• Manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables across client engagements.
• Design and develop ABAP programs, enhancements, reports, and interfaces.
• Review technical specs and code to ensure alignment with requirements and architecture.
• Guide SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, HANA, and NetWeaver implementation activities.
• Coach team members on development methods, debugging, and code quality.
• Analyze system dependencies and interactions for scalable design.
• Troubleshoot defects and performance issues across SAP environments.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes via automation and optimization.
