Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in the Philippines is seeking an experienced SAP ABAP resource to deliver technical solutions and perform code reviews with SAP Architects. The role involves ABAP development (ISU and CRM), customizations, and configurations to meet business requirements.

You will design and update Technical Design Documents (TDDs) across teams, propose technical and functional solutions, and participate in design walkthroughs.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing and developing ABAP objects for ISU/CRM.
• Ability to prepare and review technical design documents.
• Proven skill in SAP customization and configuration.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The SAP ABAP application resource should be responsible for providing technical solution along with architect, code review with SAP Architects, performed ABAP( ISU and CRM ) Consultant related development and customizations along with configurations.
• As a ABAP application resource have to design and update various existing & new TDDs (Technical Design documents) across all the parties to deliver information and support the end to end solutions that meet business requirements.
• As SAP Technical consultant have to propose technical & functional solution to different business requirements, communication with the Architects, business, attend standups and application forum to discuss status of the work progress following Agile methodology, have to attend business design and solution walk-through, to work closely with Architects, and Onshore & Offshore teams.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Communication with Business Owner to gather the requirements and/or getting requirement/issues discussed and clarified.
• Expert to develop SAP technical objects such as reports, OOPs, RFC,FM,IDOC,Workflow etc for various project delivery
• Expert in SAP customisation and configuration for Customer specific requirement
• SAP Utility functional and technical knowledge on SAP ISU/CRM/NWGW/PO.
• Prepare Technical design documents based on requirements and providing solution by adhering to business processes and best practices.Seek approval post walkthrough with Architect group.
• Prepare solution; implement the solution; analyze system errors and potential root cause; apply required fixes and close engagement with Business.
• Technical validation of the implemented solution and perform post Go-Live activities during hyper care period.Support the technical team to deliver item and reporting as per plan
• Have worked as Deployment Lead so smooth daily and Monthly deployment Release
• Have provided customer with solution for various new functionalities such as Payment Scheme, Promise to Pay, CRM Webclient Enhancements, BPEMs enhancements,Account Statement Re- Design,Dunning performance improvements, automation items,system health and stability
