Responsibilities

• Processing all the IN/OUT of all sample items in the databased.
• Encoding the details of the sample products to the database.
• Preparing the actual location and the tagging of sample products in the database of its location.
• Answering inquiries from the other department regarding the availability of sample request and sample stocks.
• Preparing the necessary documentation for every variation, model, size and specifications of sample products.
• Preparing the entire actual sample request from the sales team and clients.
• Preparing all the documentation for the sample request and its transport.
• Providing the information and proper tagging of sample items in the database for product pull out. ...and other tasks that concern preparation, providing, performing and documenting for inventory.
