Responsibilities

• Process stock receipts, issuances, transfers, and adjustments with proper docs.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly inventory reports for supervisors.
• Coordinate with warehouse and purchasing on stock availability and discrepancies.
• Assist in physical and cycle counts and reconciliation activities.
• File and organize delivery receipts, purchase orders, and related documents.
• Monitor reorder levels and notify teams about low-stock items.
• Investigate variances and report findings promptly.
