Job summary

IQVIA Laboratories in the Philippines is seeking an Inventory Controller to manage stock movements, cycle counts and interlab shipments.

You will lead daily/weekly reporting, maintain tidy stock on shelves, and ensure data accuracy in the Inventory control system. The role requires a Diploma in a relevant field, strong Excel skills, and flexibility for overtime when business needs arise.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in relevant field.
• Sound knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
• Comfortable with OT, less than 4hours a week on average, and only when business require.
• Comfortable entering cold-room (<10°C) for stock count/inventory management 1-2 hours daily. Jacket provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead all deliveries from loading bay, log, QC, receipt in, store and distribute as required.
• Manage and maintain stock on shelves in a tidy manner, executing stock rotation on appropriate date order.
• Oversee and record all stock movements and stock issues using Inventory control system.
• Experience in reports analysis to drive process improvements and ensure accurate data entry.
• Skilled in operating Inventory Control systems and other systems to facilitate stock processing duties.
• Lead in conducting daily/weekly reporting and provide inventory dispositions.
• Accountable by ensuring pre-assembly area is stocked and pick internal material requisitions for all areas.
• Participate in stock cycle counts and set up and monitor call off orders.
• Lead in preparing and logging interlab shipments for other IQVIA sites ordering stock as required and providing Logistics the details of the shipments along with any related documentation required.
• Deputize inventory duties to junior staff for other stock controllers as and when required.
• Lead and perform any other duties as required as directly by superiors and adhere to department SOPs.
