NeoWork is seeking a highly organized Virtual Assistant - Salesforce to support a team of 9 Marketing Managers. The role requires hands-on Salesforce experience to manage multiple priorities, keep tasks on track, and communicate clearly with stakeholders in a fast-paced remote environment.

Ideal candidates have prior VA or administrative experience, strong written and verbal communication, and a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Virtual Assistant or administrative role.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day admin support to 9 Marketing Managers.
• Work extensively in Salesforce with down-funnel processes.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records, data, and reports.
• Track leads, opportunities, follow-ups, and marketing activities.
• Coordinate requests across multiple managers and meet deadlines.
• Proactively follow up on items and ensure timely completion.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders and team members.
• Identify issues and take initiative to resolve them.
• Manage multiple priorities with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Support other admin and marketing operations as needed.
