Job summary

20four7VA is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support the marketing team with data-driven insights, reporting, and documentation for clients worldwide. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with spreadsheets and cross-functional communication.

You will maintain dashboards, ensure data accuracy, assist with campaign performance insights, and document issues and outcomes. The role is contracted with 40 hours per week, primarily EST business hours.

Qualifications

• Experience with marketing data, reporting, or analytics.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas and data validation.
• Fluent English with clear written and verbal communication.
• Able to work independently with strong project and time management skills.
• Experience coordinating with multiple business stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and prioritization of multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update marketing dashboards and spreadsheets to support analytics and leadership visibility.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports, templates, and shared documents.
• Assist with insights related to lead and campaign performance.
• Document issues, resolutions, and outcomes with the marketing team.
• Support administrative and operational tasks requiring precision and follow-through.
• Communicate findings and updates clearly to internal teams.
