Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years leading enterprise IT projects.
- Proven Salesforce project delivery with CRM or transformation experience.
- Strong knowledge of multi-org Salesforce architectures and integrations.
- Proficient in both Agile and Waterfall methods.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of Salesforce transformation initiatives.
- Lead org simplification, system consolidation, and platform optimization.
- Manage third-party integrations and reduce landscape complexity.
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and risks.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Business, IT, Salesforce, and vendors.
- Report status and communicate with executives.
- Identify risks, issues, dependencies, and opportunities.
- Support digital transformation with standardized processes.
