Job summary

QualityAI is seeking a Salesforce Automation Test Engineer to join our offshore delivery team. The role focuses on Tosca-based test automation for Salesforce CRM and Sales Cloud, with additional manual testing for complex edge cases.

You will design, build, and maintain automated test suites and contribute to release quality through RCA and ARM practices. The ideal candidate has 4-7 years of enterprise testing experience, strong Tosca proficiency, and solid Salesforce domain knowledge.

Qualifications

4-7 years of hands-on quality engineering and testing experience in enterprise environments.
Strong practical experience automating Salesforce Lightning, Salesforce Classic, APIs, and web-based applications.
Solid understanding of Salesforce CRM and Sales Cloud; familiarity with ARM/ RCA methodologies.

Responsibilities

Develop, execute, and maintain scalable automated test scripts using Tosca for Salesforce CRM, Sales Cloud, and connected applications.
Utilize ARM tools to streamline deployment testing and perform RCA to identify defect origins.
Troubleshoot script failures, maintain test data integrity, and support Tosca modules/DEX setups.
Conduct manual test execution for complex edge cases or exploratory phases where automation is not feasible.
