We are looking for a Senior Automation Tester (Tosca) to strengthen QA for a telecommunications Salesforce platform support takeover. You will use Tricentis Tosca to improve test effectiveness, coordinate closely with client managers, development, and third-party vendors, and help stabilize long‑term support quality—apply now.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with fellow testers to deliver high‑quality releases
• Use the Tosca automation testing tool to run efficient and effective testing workflows
• Gather and share QA metrics and statistics with clients to highlight trends and improvement areas
• Communicate regularly with client managers and the development team to align on requirements and report testing status
• Coordinate with third‑party vendors to synchronize testing activities and support smooth integration
• Execute a large volume of regression testing while managing repetitive work efficiently and maintaining strong coverage
• Identify risks early and propose improvements to strengthen the overall testing process

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Test Automation
• Strong expertise in the Salesforce platform with an emphasis on quality assurance and testing
• Proven experience with the Tricentis Tosca automation testing tool
• Solid background in functional testing alongside test automation practices
• Strong ability to prioritize work and perform well under tight deadlines
• Demonstrated capability to proactively handle complex test scenarios effectively
• Good knowledge of testing theory and best practices, supported by high technical expertise
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
