Country/Region: IN
Experience Level: 4-7 Years
Expected Start Date: 1st Oct
Job Description: Salesforce Automation Engineer (Tosca)
Role Summary: We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Automation Engineer to join our offshore delivery team. In this role, you will focus on test automation across complex enterprise landscapes, with a primary focus on Salesforce CRM, Sales Cloud, and external third-party interfaces. This is a Tricentis Tosca-focused automation position. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in designing, building, and maintaining automated test suites specifically tailored for Salesforce environments, alongside solid expertise in ARM (Automated Release Management) and RCA (Root Cause Analysis). Additionally, the role demands operational pragmatism: where technical constraints or complex edge cases make automation impractical, you must be agile and ready to drive manual test execution to ensure comprehensive quality coverage.
Develop, execute, and maintain scalable automated test scripts using Tricentis Tosca for Salesforce CRM, Sales Cloud, and connected applications.
Utilize ARM tools to streamline deployment testing and perform thorough Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to quickly identify and resolve defect origins.
Troubleshoot script failures, maintain test data integrity, and support the maintenance of Tosca modules/DEX setups.
Conduct manual test execution for complex edge cases, high-dependency scenarios, or exploratory phases where automation is not feasible.
Experience: 4-7 years of hands-on quality engineering and testing experience in enterprise environments.
Tosca Proficiency: Strong practical experience as a Tricentis Tosca automation engineer, including automating Salesforce Lightning, Salesforce Classic, APIs, and web-based applications.
Salesforce Domain Knowledge: Solid functional and integration understanding of Salesforce CRM and Sales Cloud; demonstrated experience with ARM processes and RCA methodologies is required.
Hybrid Testing Mindset: Demonstrated ability to balance automated testing with structured manual exploratory and edge-case testing.
