Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Sr Manager, Technical Consulting (Insurance and Financial Services) to join our Global Delivery Centre (GDC) team.

You will lead a growing practice, drive client engagements, and mentor a large team of architects and consultants to deliver high-impact Salesforce-based solutions. You will oversee governance, architecture, and delivery across Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud, and related Salesforce products, while aligning with our AI-first development approach

Qualifications

• 18+ years of experience leading Salesforce technical consulting projects.
• 8+ years of people management and Technical Architecture experience.
• Strong data, integration, and security architecture skills.
• Expertise in Salesforce FSC, Insurance Cloud, Health Cloud, Sales/Service/Experience Cloud, and OmniStudio.
• Platform Security and Identity/Access Management / Integration Security skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Technical Consultants, Architects and Managers with up to 35 reports.
• Deliver technical work as a senior technical architect on Financial Services projects (25% utilization).
• Hire, train, and mentor Technical Consultants in Insurance/Financial Services or Healthcare domains.
• Coordinate with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and clients to architect technology solutions.
• Lead Enterprise Architecture and Governance for enterprise-level customer engagements.
• Champion AI-first development workflows and ensure platform security and governance.
