AvePoint is seeking a Project Support Engineer (Salesforce) to deliver Level 1–2 support for existing clients. You will work with the R&D team to investigate issues, troubleshoot, and provide resolutions, while maintaining strong relationships with project stakeholders.

The role requires 1–3 years of technical software support experience, excellent bilingual communication, and the ability to operate under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in IT or related field.
• 1-3 years of technical software support experience.
• Excellent bilingual communication skills.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Pro-active, customer-focused and able to interact with clients directly.

Responsibilities

• Act as a representative for project-specific customer inquiries, owning resolution.
• Build and maintain relationships with project stakeholders to ensure satisfaction.
• Perform deep-dive analysis, diagnosis, and troubleshooting of issues.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to clarify technical details and proposed solutions.
• Adhere to SLA for response, resolution, and root-cause analysis.
• Provide onsite support to customers when needed (local or overseas).
