Job summary

VISEO ASIA is seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Consultant to lead consulting, solutioning, and deployment across the Salesforce platform, focusing on CRM, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. You will collaborate with business stakeholders as a subject matter expert to identify improvements, define solution approaches, and drive initiatives to realize business value.

The role emphasizes strong Salesforce functional expertise, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to translate requirements

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Salesforce experience.
• Strong expertise in Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
• Working knowledge of Integrations, Salesforce reporting and dashboards and Salesforce ecosystem of solutions.
• Experience designing CRM integrations involving customer profiles, membership, rewards, and loyalty data.
• Experience supporting Customer 360 or single customer view initiatives.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Marketing Automation would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Salesforce Assessment & Advisory: review processes, assess maturity and alignment.
• Identify opportunities for optimisation, automation and process improvement.
• Facilitate stakeholder discovery sessions and workshops.
• Develop recommendations aligned to objectives and best practice.
• Assess integration opportunities between Salesforce CRM, loyalty platforms, membership systems and channels.
• Define future-state processes and roadmaps.
