Emapta Philippines is hiring a Systems & Reporting Executive to protect Salesforce data quality, streamline reports, and deliver insights across Retail and B2B operations for a leading Australian publisher.

In a hybrid Ortigas setup, you will coordinate with stakeholders, maintain clean data, generate weekly and ad-hoc reports, and support KPI-driven decision making while growing your career in a globally connected, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in CRM administration, reporting, data analysis, or a related role.
• Experience using CRM software, particularly Salesforce.
• Knowledge of performance metrics and KPI management.
• Familiarity with B2B communication protocols and professional stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency in reporting, spreadsheet management, and data analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Support Salesforce administration across Retail and B2B workflows.
• Prepare quarterly call-cycle schedule templates and upload them to Salesforce Maps.
• Coordinate with key stakeholders to maintain clean, accurate, and current Salesforce data.
• Update records involving ownership changes, store closures, new store openings, and Area Sales Manager assignments.
• Generate weekly and ad hoc Salesforce reports for Retail, B2B, and Circulation Operations functions.
• Maintain and update Salesforce surveys, Chatter groups, and dashboards for the Field Sales team.
• Reconcile B2B revenue across systems to ensure weekly Salesforce revenue is accurately reflected in financial reports.
• Collaborate with key stakeholder groups to uphold data quality and reporting accuracy.
• Perform other related duties assigned by the leader that are consistent with the role's responsibilities.
