Job summary

Emapta is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to strengthen marketing execution, Salesforce CRM operations, and digital governance within a regulated financial services environment. The role involves onsite collaboration in Makati or Ortigas and delivering accurate, compliant customer experiences that drive business performance.

Candidates should have a marketing background, 3-5 years of experience in financial services, and strong Salesforce skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, or related field.
3-5 years of marketing experience, ideally supporting mortgage/financial services.
Proficiency with Salesforce CRM, including admin, reporting, and database maintenance.
Experience auditing or applying audit, risk, and compliance principles in regulated environments.
Additional exposure to banking, insurance, IT, or similar corporate operations.
Strong written and spoken communication, listening, and relationship-building skills.
Willing and able to work onsite in Makati or Ortigas.

Responsibilities

Oversee CRM data, digital marketing platforms, and marketing databases to support accurate operations.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to deliver digital marketing projects and initiatives.
Execute digital campaigns, email marketing, and website content updates per business requirements.
Audit external websites for content accuracy and compliance with standards.
Maintain and update website content and digital marketing assets to protect brand integrity.
Manage the digital traffic case queue and fulfill marketing requests from loan officers.
Complete website content changes requested by loan officers.
Create and maintain social media profiles and listings; manage lead profiles and third-party lead purchases.
Evaluate marketing processes and recommend enhancements for digital presence and efficiency.
