ESOL IT SERVICES INC. is seeking a Salesforce Application Support Engineer in the Philippines to provide expert support for Salesforce applications in an enterprise environment.

We are looking for a Salesforce Application Support Engineer to join our team and provide technical support for Salesforce applications used in an enterprise environment.
This position will be responsible for resolving application issues, supporting Salesforce functionality, investigating system and data concerns, and working with technical and business teams to maintain reliable day-to-day operations.
The role may involve working with Salesforce CPQ, integrations, APIs, and other Salesforce-related applications.
Provide L2/L3 support for Salesforce applications.
Investigate and resolve application issues, service requests, and production incidents.
Analyze problems related to Salesforce configuration, business processes, integrations, and data.
Work with internal teams to identify the cause of recurring issues and recommend solutions.
Support Salesforce CPQ processes, including quoting, pricing, approvals, contracting, renewals, and ordering.
Assist with Salesforce integrations and investigate issues involving APIs, data synchronization, and connected applications.
Review system logs, transaction information, and Salesforce data to identify and resolve issues.
Perform data validation and basic reconciliation when required.
Assist with application changes, testing, deployments, and post-release verification.
Participate in incident, problem, and change management activities.
Document solutions, troubleshooting procedures, and known issues.
Coordinate with developers, administrators, architects, vendors, and business users to resolve complex concerns.
Support critical business incidents and communicate progress to relevant stakeholders.
5–8 years of experience in Salesforce or related IT/application support roles.
At least 3 years of experience working with Salesforce in a support, administration, development, CPQ, or integration capacity.
Good understanding of the Salesforce platform and data model.
Experience troubleshooting Salesforce application issues.
Working knowledge of SOQL.
Experience handling production incidents and performing problem investigation.
Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work with both technical teams and business users.
Willingness to work on a rotational shift schedule.
Willingness to provide on-call support when required.
Candidates with experience in any of the following will be an advantage:
Salesforce CPQ
Quote-to-Cash processes
Salesforce Billing or Revenue Cloud
Salesforce integrations
REST or SOAP APIs
Middleware or integration platforms
SQL and data troubleshooting
ERP integrations such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite
ServiceNow or other IT service management tools
Salesforce certifications
Experience supporting global or enterprise applications
