Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Salesforce admin and delivery roles (Salesforce-heavy work, hands-on).
• Strong Flow skills and understanding of Salesforce security and data model basics.
• Production experience with Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Platform administration and ownership: manage users, roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing, and security.
• Build automation using Flow, validation rules, assignment rules, approvals, and record types.
• Configure Service Cloud case management, queues, routing, SLAs, and Knowledge.
• Support Sales Cloud processes: lead flow, opportunity stages, pipeline hygiene, and forecasting support.
• Develop enhancements with Apex and Lightning Web Components when needed.
