Job summary

NCC Group is seeking a Kantata (Salesforce) Business Analyst to join our IT team in Manila with 2 days onsite in Taguig City. You will lead requirements gathering, process mapping, and BAU support, working with both functional and technical stakeholders.

You will help ensure changes follow our release processes and drive improvements across systems, regions, and times zones. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years BA experience.
• 1+ years Kantata BA experience.
• Experience across full project lifecycle in a structured environment.
• Experience with interfaces between multiple systems.
• Experience with both on-prem and SaaS solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering sessions and translate into backlog with use cases and user stories.
• Map end-to-end as-is and to-be business processes.
• Coordinate requirements sign-off across regions and global org structure.
• Identify and resolve issues impacting projects and escalate to leadership when needed.
• Transition projects to BAU with change and release management.
• Organise and manage UAT test sessions and write test cases.
• Validate functional and non-functional requirements and define acceptance criteria.
