Job summary

NCC Group is seeking a Kantata (Salesforce) Business Analyst to join our in-house IT team in Manila with two days onsite in Taguig City. You will lead requirements gatherings, create detailed user stories, and collaborate across regions to align with global structures.

• 3+ years BA experience.
• 1+ years Kantata Business Analyst (or similar) experience.
• Experience across full project lifecycle in a structured environment.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Visio.
• Worked within Scrum/Agile environments.
• Experience with interfaces between multiple systems.
• Experience with on-premise and SaaS solutions.
• Knowledge of CICD deployments and Jira.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering sessions and translate into backlog with use cases and user stories.
• Map end-to-end as-is and to-be business processes.
• Consider regional impacts on global org structure and sign-off.
• Identify and resolve project blockers and escalate to senior leadership.
• Transition projects to BAU and manage change release processes.
• Organise UAT test sessions and write test cases.
• Validate functional and non-functional requirements and define acceptance criteria.

Position Title: Business Analyst (Kantata) Salesforce

Location: Taguig City, Metro Manila – 2 days per week onsite

NCC Group are looking for a Kantata (Salesforce) Business Analyst to join our in-house team. We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic candidate with both a functional and technical understanding of Salesforce.

Our Salesforce Business Analyst will be heavily involved in our projects and BAU requests. You will be responsible for everything from requirements gathering, requirements sign off, test scripts, training and post deployment support. As a Business Analyst at NCC, you will work alongside technical team members who design, develop, and deploy internal projects and BAU business requests.

As part of the team, you will ensure projects are delivered in line with the company’s development, change and release processes. We are looking for someone who also has a track record of proactively identifying opportunities where system improvements can be made.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering sessions, proactively drawing out requirements from stakeholders and translating these into requirements, including use cases and user stories. Adding these to the backlog.
• Mapping of end to end as is and to be business processes.
• Being able to consider requirements for different regions and how these impact the global org structure and working with the business for requirements sign off.
• Identifies and resolves problems which may impact projects by monitoring progress and project status. Escalates important issues to senior leadership ensuring that decisions can be made promptly.
• Transition from project phases to business as usual, ensuring a seamless shift in support and change management.
• Good understanding of change management and release processes.
• Organise and manage UAT test sessions with the business and write test cases for the business to follow. Gathering global sign off for the build and deployment to go ahead.
• Responsible for the validation of functional and non-functional requirements and ensuring a well-defined acceptance criteria ahead of sprint planning meetings.
• Formal and informal relationships, and very pro-active communications are developed and maintained, both within the department and between all business stakeholders, to promote an exceptional understanding of goals, timescales, requirements and benefits as well as collaboration and feedback.

What we are looking for in you

Minimum Requirements

• 3+ years BA experience
• 1+ years Kantata Business Analyst (or similar) experience
• Demonstrable experience of covering the complete project life-cycle, in a structured environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word tools including Word, Excel and Visio.
• Worked within a Scrum framework – Agile methodology.
• Previous project experience with interfaces between multiple systems.
• Experience working with both on premise and SaaS solutions.
• Knowledge around CICD deployments and Jira
• Previous experience of working across multi-state locations and time zones.
• Experience in the technology sector, even better in the professional services world is desirable.
