Candidates should have 5–8 years IT experience and a strong background in APIs, middleware platforms, and Salesforce integration across ERP, CRM, and billing systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–8 years of IT experience.
• Minimum 3+ years of Salesforce integration support experience.
• Experience supporting complex enterprise integrations in production environments.
• Hands-on experience with middleware platforms and API troubleshooting.
• Preferred certifications: Salesforce Admin, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I, MuleSoft/Boomi (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for Salesforce integrations and middleware platforms.
• Monitor integration jobs, interfaces, APIs, and data synchronization processes.
• Investigate and resolve production incidents, defects, and service requests within SLA commitments.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring issues.
• Participate in major incident management and problem resolution activities.
• Support deployment and release validation for integration changes and post-release verification.
