Job summary

ESOL IT SERVICES INC. seeks an experienced Salesforce CPQ Support Engineer to deliver L2/L3 production support for complex Salesforce CPQ environments.

You will work with Sales Operations, developers, and integration teams to resolve critical issues and maintain platform stability. Key responsibilities include configuring CPQ rules, managing quote-to-cash processes, and supporting data troubleshooting, deployments, and RCA-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of Salesforce experience, incl. CPQ implementation and production support.
• Experience with enterprise-scale Salesforce CPQ environments.
• Strong incident management and RCA skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end L2/L3 production support for Salesforce CPQ and integrated applications.
• Diagnose and resolve production incidents and service requests within SLAs.
• Troubleshoot CPQ configurations across quote-to-cash lifecycle and integrations.
• Perform RCA and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Monitor platform health and communicate status during major incidents.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and IT teams for issue resolution.
