Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in enterprise integrations and middleware.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for Salesforce integrations and middleware platforms.
• Monitor integration jobs, APIs, and data sync processes.
• Perform RCA and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring issues.
• Participate in major incident management and problem resolution.
• Support deployments, UAT, and post-release validation in ITIL-compliant processes.
• Analyze logs and data flows to improve reliability.
