• Around 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce platform experience as an Administrator, Admin/Developer, Salesforce Developer, or equivalent.
• Proven experience building, testing, and deploying Agentforce agents in production or real client environments.
• Advanced Salesforce Flow skills, including debugging and designing new flows.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day health, configuration, and organization of the Salesforce environment.
• Design, build, test, and maintain Agentforce agents for real business use cases.
• Connect Salesforce with external AI services and internal workflows via APIs and integrations.
• Automate data enrichment and ensure data quality with governance and traceability.
• Collaborate with US stakeholders and offshore teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
