Job summary
Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement advanced Salesforce solutions across multiple client orgs from a Work from Home setup.
This role supports ongoing enhancements, patches, and system optimization while collaborating with a dedicated Platform Success team. You will work with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce and declarative automation, maintain Sales Cloud/Service Cloud implementations, and hold Salesforce Administrator and
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in CS/IT.
- Salesforce development experience with project delivery.
- Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer I certifications.
- Ability to own technical outcomes independently.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions across client orgs.
- Maintain system health, performance, and security.
- Diagnose incidents and escalate when needed.
- Communicate with Platform Success clients about incidents and enhancements.
- Support data loads, data quality fixes, and integrations.
- Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews.
