Job summary

Lean Solutions Group (LSG) is seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to architect, design, and build scalable, enterprise‑level Salesforce solutions. You will own custom Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex backend logic, and Salesforce Omnistudio to streamline complex workflows.

In this role you will establish modern CI/CD deployment pipelines, enforce clean architecture, and integrate Salesforce with external enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dedicated professional experience developing on the Salesforce core platform in enterprise environments.
• Deep technical expertise in Apex programming and hands-on mastery of Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Proven implementation experience using Salesforce Omnistudio (formerly Vlocity) to streamline complex workflows.
• Solid experience implementing automated Salesforce CI/CD deployment pipelines, branching strategies, and version-controlled development workflows.
• Strong knowledge of system integrations (REST/SOAP APIs), data modeling, and handling governor limits at scale.
• Fluent English (verbal and written) with strong technical communication skills for collaborating with distributed, international teams.

Responsibilities

• Core Platform Development: Architect and deliver high-performance solutions using Apex (triggers, batch classes, controllers, web services) and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Digital Automation: Design advanced interfaces and interaction flows using Salesforce Omnistudio (OmniScripts, DataRaptors, FlexCards, Integration Procedures).
• DevOps & CI/CD: Establish, optimize, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines using version control, SFDX CLI, and release management tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Copado, Gearset).
• System Integrations: Design and implement secure REST/SOAP APIs connecting Salesforce with external enterprise software systems.
• Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Conduct thorough code reviews, mentor junior and mid-level developers, and enforce best practices for design patterns, governor limits, and security.
• Collaboration: Partner with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and clients to translate complex business requirements into robust technical architecture.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with deep core platform expertise to architect, design, and build scalable, enterprise-level Salesforce solutions.

In this role, you will take ownership of custom Lightning Web Components (LWC), complex Apex backend logic, and digital automation using Salesforce Omnistudio. You will also play a key role in setting up modern CI/CD deployment pipelines, ensuring clean architecture standards, and integrating Salesforce with external enterprise platforms.

• Testing: Familiarity with unit testing frameworks, mock interfaces, and automated regression testing in Salesforce.
