Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• 5+ years on the Force.com platform with design-pattern expertise.
• Active Salesforce Advanced Developer or Platform Developer II Certification.
• Active Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification.
• Strong experience with Apex, REST APIs, JSON, sObjects, SOQL, SOSL, LWC, Visualforce.
• Relational databases (MS-SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL) and ETL processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong English communication; Agile experience.

Responsibilities

We are seeking experienced Senior Salesforce Developers to join our team and deliver intuitive, high‑performance Salesforce solutions that enhance both user experience and platform efficiency. This role requires deep expertise in Salesforce development, advanced certifications, and strong backend database skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Salesforce Development: Design and implement scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), triggers, controllers, and Visualforce.
• Multi‑Cloud Expertise: Build and optimize experiences across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud (Pardot/Account Engagement).
• Database & SQL: Manage complex data scripting and backend development with T‑SQL, MS‑SQL, Oracle, and PostgreSQL.
• Integrations: Connect Salesforce with external applications via Heroku, MuleSoft, Apex callouts, and ETL processes.
• Secure Architecture: Implement solutions leveraging OAuth, REST, SOAP, Pub/Sub, CDC, and messaging queues.
• AI‑powered Tools: Utilize GitHub Copilot, Cursor IDE, and Windsurf to accelerate delivery and contribute to AI‑driven pilots.
• DevOps Practices: Support CI/CD pipelines, version control, automated deployments, and tooling (Copado, Gearset, Salesforce DevOps).
• Agile Collaboration: Work in Agile teams, ensuring timely delivery of high‑quality solutions.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• 5+ years of hands‑on development on the Force.com platform, with strong expertise in design patterns.
• Active and verifiable Salesforce Advanced Developer OR Platform Developer II Certification.
• Active and verifiable Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification.
• Proven experience with Apex, REST APIs, JSON, sObjects, SOQL, SOSL, outbound messaging, LWC, and Visualforce.
• Strong experience with relational databases (MS‑SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL) and ETL processes.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Contributions to AI‑driven Salesforce pilots or proof‑of‑concepts.
• Experience with multi‑cloud Salesforce implementations.
• Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns and advanced DevOps frameworks.
