Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Senior Salesforce Developer with 5+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience , particularly in Lightning Web Components (LWC), OmniStudio, Agentforce, Apex, and Salesforce Integrations .
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and maintaining scalable Salesforce solutions for enterprise-level implementations. The role requires strong technical ownership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, QA, DevOps, and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications using LWC, Aura Components, Apex, Visualforce, OmniStudio , and Salesforce configuration tools.
- Develop scalable OmniStudio solutions using OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and Expression Sets .
- Design and implement Agentforce solutions, including AI Agents, Prompt Builder, Agent Actions, automation, and AI-driven business processes.
- Design and develop robust REST/SOAP API integrations with external systems.
- Work with Platform Events, Named Credentials, External Services , and asynchronous integration patterns.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable Salesforce technical solutions.
- Participate in technical design, estimation, development, code reviews, and deployment activities.
- Develop reusable and high-performance Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, queueable jobs, and asynchronous processes .
- Optimize Salesforce solutions for performance, scalability, governor limits, security, and maintainability .
- Troubleshoot complex production issues across Apex, LWC, OmniStudio, integrations, automation, and Agentforce.
- Conduct unit testing and provide support for SIT, UAT, regression testing, and production deployments .
- Collaborate with Salesforce Architects, Business Analysts, QA Engineers, DevOps teams, and clients.
- Maintain technical documentation, solution design documents, deployment documentation, and development standards.
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior Salesforce developers.
- Contribute to Salesforce development best practices, reusable frameworks, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components .
- Strong experience with Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and asynchronous processing .
- Hands‑on experience with Salesforce OmniStudio , including:
- OmniScripts
- FlexCards
- DataRaptors
- Integration Procedures

- Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Agentforce , including:

- OAuth/authentication mechanisms
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security, sharing, profiles, permission sets, CRUD/FLS, and governor limits .
- Experience with Salesforce declarative tools including Flows, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, and Lightning App Builder .
- Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Data Loader and Postman or similar API testing tools.
- Experience with DevOps and source-control tools such as Git, Jenkins, Copado, Gearset, or Azure DevOps .
- Strong understanding of Salesforce deployment and release management processes.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical deliverables.
