Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications using LWC, Aura Components, Apex, Visualforce, OmniStudio.
• Develop scalable OmniStudio solutions using OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and Expression Sets.
• Design and implement Agentforce solutions, including AI Agents, Prompt Builder, Agent Actions, automation, and AI-driven business processes.
• Design and develop robust REST/SOAP API integrations with external systems.
• Work with Platform Events, Named Credentials, External Services, and asynchronous integration patterns.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable Salesforce technical solutions.
• Participate in technical design, estimation, development, code reviews, and deployment activities.
• Develop reusable and high-performance Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, queueable jobs, and asynchronous processes.
• Optimize Salesforce solutions for performance, scalability, governor limits, security, and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues across Apex, LWC, OmniStudio, integrations, automation, and Agentforce.
• Conduct unit testing and provide support for SIT, UAT, regression testing, and production deployments.
